I read somewhere that it is almost certain that they will lose Vodafone.
I agree on Perez and Telmex - Mr.Slim announced the 2nd driver for Sauber few days back , does old man Sauber and Ms.Kalterbonn know about that

A team can never survive in the long term unless the owners have a genuine passion for F1. The sport clearly misses people like Paul Stoddart.
Though F1 now is very different from what it was in his time.

The sheer dominance of Vettel, aided by an able car - http://www.f1fanatic.co.uk/statistic...apsperposition

Alonso and Lewis are tied in leading the race. Also notice that Kimi is the only driver who has completed/classified every race this year.

I like this guy Keith, he puts out all kinds of data. We can take that data into Excel and do any kind of jugglery :-)

What is change on lap one? Does that mean improvement from the start position? NK seems to be in 3rd spot.

I think it's the number of positions gained in the first lap.

As for NK, no surprise, since from where he qualifies, the only way he can go is up

Coca Cola comes to F1 through Burn, to sponsor Lotus, not McLaren as speculated.

Mallya had said that he is considering Sutil for 2013
http://www.thehindu.com/sport/motors...cle4123667.ece

With Kamikaze Kobayashi getting the boot from Sauber- he becomes available to SFI, and maybe Mallya might consider him.

Good news for Lotus. 'Burn' should be title sponsor.

There was a rumour sometime back that Porsche was eyeing to return to F1 in 2013. Will it actually return or is it just a rumour? And is Grosjean out of Lotus for 2013?

VW/Porsche are interested in supplying engines than building cars. Hence, their entry depends on engine regulations. Current constructors are not in favor of new engine regulations and Bernie as well.

Groejean is backed by Eric Boullier, fellow Frenchman. So, he may retain his drive for 2013.

“He has shown he is able to do superb racing, but then of course there were some errors that sometimes cost him very dearly.
“More recently he has been a bit more cautious and has been building up again, but I am sure that in 2013 we will see the real Romain,” he added.
