Four laps of top class racing ended in the worst way. Was surprised to see Rossi in such an incident, considering the importance of race. In couple of intial videos felt like Vale was the cluprit. But later after watching videos from different angles it's evident that MM did touch Vale's left leg and Vale was forced to move his leg a bit or maybe he lost his concentration or composure.

Anyway in Valencia it's going to be tough for Vale, hope he really pulls out something spectacular.

Thank you, kind sir, for sharing it here.
Oh and I found another one on youtube itself. Just search for 'Hitler on Rossi vs Marquez' by EDDBED designs. It is a little too explicit to post here and very insensitive and disrespectful to Lorenzo, Marquez and Stoner. But very funny. Go look it up at your own risk.

I haven't seen a better Hitler meme in a long, long time! This is some amazing stuff.

Oh, and let it not go unsaid - HEIL ROSSI! LOL

And right on cue, as if Jorge Lorenzo (with or without help from Marc Marquez) wasn't enough, Yamaha has created its own motorcycle-riding transformer - Motobot - to beat the Doctor

Even F1 drivers are taking the chance to weigh in on this topic that refuses to go low profile anytime soon:

Hilarious. Vettel cant handle a backmarker in his line of sight forget competitor.
If it had been him that Rossi made that move on, he would be on a fast unto death at the race track in protest.

Rossi appeals Sepang penalty!

http://www.crash.net/motogp/news/224...g-penalty.html

The gist: If the execution of the decision (penalty points issued) is delayed, what it means is that Rossi can participate in the qualifying and need not start at back of the grid at Valencia. Later, if the court upholds the penalty points, the punishment (starting at back of grid) can be executed at the next race (Qatar 2016)

It's a big "IF" whether CAS will suspend the penalty till the hearing, as they generally take 6-12 months for the hearing, so it's 50-50 whether or not they'll uphold or suspend the penalty till then.

EDIT : Just read that they'll take a call on the penalty no later than November 6th, fingers crossed!

"IF" they suspend the penalty till the hearing and let Rossi start basis his qualifying, I can just imagine a certain someone (Cough, Lorenzo, cough) going truly ballistic!!

Thumbs up Re: The 2015 MotoGP Thread

Just read on VR46 Official FB page that Vale and his team will be with Yamaha and the M! for two more years.

Where does that leave Lorenzo at? Will he be in the same box albeit with different crews, or will he be heading out?

Could you post a link or screenshot of it? Because I couldn't find it on his official fb page.

This is so not gonna look nice but... It was a repost from 2014. Apologies.

Over exuberance on my part. Since Sepang, I would possibly jump off on anything remotely positive about Vale.

Once again my bad.

To clarify on crew, in motogp (and in most other top motorsports teams) the riders / racers have their own crew team members including crew chief, mechanics, data technician, factory representative etc.

There is a big central team common for both the riders. I was just going through the Movistar Yamaha team and some of the designations make it seem like we are in a fighter aircraft hangar. For ex, there is a simulation engineer, control systems engineer, vehicle dynamics engineer etc.
