Default Racing schools and courses!!!

Needed info on some good racing schools.

If you come across any racing schools online, please post the url to their website.

Here are some i've come across :

There are literally hundreds of racing schools around the world. Far too many to list here. There are now schools specialising in various discipline such as Stock cars, open wheelers, street cars etc.

Also not in this list is Akbar Ebrahims School that he runs in Coimbatore. I've heard from a lot of people who have done it, and it seems to be really good. Especially when you consider the price. He can be reached at mecomotorsports@yahoo.com

Yes, I did their 7 month mechanics program in this School, albeit before the track was bought over and relaid. It sure looks awesome now!

I'd last enquired seriously abt this back when I was in Engineering college. Had heard abt the Jin Russel School, and had gone to Chennai to meet Akbar Ebrahim. Wanted to become a rally driver then - if only dreams came true...

i think Skip Barber Racing School LLC is quite popular for the N.American crowd. supposed to be really good.

no limit.I ve done it ,was good , make sure it is a proper 3 full day thing .not half day. its a waste of money if its only for half a day as the money charged was the same

Thks for the immediate reply. which one you attended? on jk tyre they have quoted as 50k for 5 days.

even mecosport is same but 3 days 30k.. (got hold of it some old news links).

is there any chance to take part in a local race after that ..

where exactly is the jk tyre racing school? If i'm looking inti getting into professional racing would that be sufficient? Also are there any good go-kart tracks in delhi?
