Default Bahrain F1 Pics

Bahrain F1 2007 Pics.
I was not lucky enough to witness the race although it was just a 5hrs drive from here. I had a single entry VISA this time for which if I had gone out of Saudi I had to go back to India, get a VISA and come back again. Anyway, I just could not believe it that I was so close yet so far from the race. My friend who went there was kind enough to click MANY pics to let me atleast feel the moment. He was there for all the 3 days and I used to call him up to just hear the roar of the engines

Here goes the pics.. I have put it in low resolution (640X480) to be bandwidth friendly. The Red Subaru is the one he drives which I had mentioned in some other thread. Oh yes, do not be surprised to see the Porsches as there was a Porsche class too.

Nice pics. Thnx pal.

So many porsche's struggling to break free reminds me of session I of the MMSC trackday held last month (March 24th @ chennai). There was no room to drive until session II. How i wish chennai had a similar track.

Also noticed a big dent on the bumper of a porsche. Was it a result of a collision?

The subaru looks great but after seeing only blue ones in wrc, the red looks a lil odd IMHO.

Great snaps & thanks for sharing. Two super pics of the first lap - one just after the start with the two Ferraris & Hamilton and the one with the dogfight between the two Ferraris & the two Mclaren's (with Kimi trying to unsuccessfully go around the outside)

Thanks to the guy who got me the pics By the way the cam was a Olympus E500. The quality is really good in terms of clarity.

My favorite was the one close to the stand with 2 Ferrari's and the McLaren. It was hard to believe that it was not staged if you were not following the race.

And Suman let me be frank even I did not notice the dent till you pointed it out.

Glad you guys liked it.

The color red on the "Subba Rao" was my choice over the silver one he was going to go for. I agree it looks different but not bad, trust me this
