Hi guys,

the first WRC of the season is just a month away, Monte Carlo 21-23 Jan

this is the first major motorsport event for 2005

with some of the teams running 3 works cars, its going to be even more interesting in 2005
there is no official entry list out so far,

suspected entries are 39 so far

well here is the complete entry list, it narrowed down to only 34 entries, not one of the best starts for the season

I'm for Loeb all the way .... and arnt they using the newer upgraded version pf the Xsara this season ???

I would like to see Sebastian loeb win ... But he will have definitely a tough battle on his hands with Petter Solberg , Marcus gronholm and Markko Martin ....

i really want to see sarrazin perform in Mont, he did very well in 2004 on the tarmac rounds, wonder what the conditions in Monaco are going to be like, going to be interesting but very disappointed with the entry list for a WRC event

looks like Sebastian is going for third straight win in Monte Carlo .... He is leading the rally into final day and barring a accident he is all set for another great victory and a great start to his Championship Defence

Sebastian wins MonteCarlo rally ....
Sebastian Loeb carved out a masterful win in montecarlo on treacherous and twisty wet and icy track sections which caught out two of his experienced rivals , Petter Solberg and Marcus Gronholm who eventually finished Fifth and Petter crashed out ....
Toni Gardemeister had a very good debut for Ford as he finished second and Gilles Pannizzi gave Mitsubishi Team some confidence boost in the season opener with the final podium finish ahead of Peugeot's Markko Martin ...
