This along with Marco joinin Kawy definitely should make 09 season more good to watch.
Andrea Dovi also'll be movin to works Honda team. Dovi is a great promise to premier class, he was in a league of his own even with inferior machine compared to then Aprilias. Sete may race again.
Vale for sure has a job cut out for 09.

Rossi say he didn't have it easy at all. The wind was blowing bags and beer cans onto the race track and was troubling his stability. He said he didn't even want to raise his hand when he was in the lead for the race to be stopped.

If me calculations are correct, Rossi can afford to lose 11 points to Stoner at Motegi.

If he does not lose any more than that, he will crowned world champion 2008 at Motegi (incidentally, the track where Stoner was crowned world champion last year).

What a race that was. The wind was at its full pace along with the bikes. Rossi did one small mistake but overall was very good in making the riders make errors. Whats happening with stoner?? Looked really tensed after the race.

I went to see this race in Indianapolis and it was a life time experience.. on Saturday when I entered the stadium the 125 practice had started and for first 5-10 minutes I was not able to see the riders go past the start finish line. It took me quite sometime to get acclimatised to the speeds. Then came the 250s and after that the meanest machines. The sound of the motogp bikes was orgasmic to say the least.
The race on Sunday was awesome and Rossi was putting up a huge gap between himself and Hayden after he crossed him. I think had the race went on a few laps more then Lorenzo would have overtaken Hayden.

Default Motegi Match-Point

With an 87-point championship lead, the Doc only needs to finish third at Motegi to clinch the title, regardless of where his rivals, Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa, finish.

Vale says, there's no real pressure. But, I know he'd definitely love to. The last time he had a similar match point, he crashed and had to wait for the Malaysian GP to happen.

What to watch for in the race..
> Will Dani give a fight for the second spot in the championship?
> Post race celebrations of Vale, it should be somethin special because of the two year gap in his championship array.

Bring it On!!

Refer to espnstar.com or tensports.com for TV schedules. I think premier class racing will be aired on 10.00hrs on espn. Star will broadcast delayed telecast.

ROSSI IS THE 2008 WORLD CHAMPION. Great great race by him. They've actually put a desk on the side of the track so that he can sign his new helmet. Crazy crazy stuff.

Hooray... I waited 3 long years for this day.

Finally!!!

Cheers everyone...cheers:

The sheer fact that Rossi takes the championship at Motegi (where Stoner won it last year) is an icing on the cake. Rossi shows that he dominated this year just as much as Stoner did in the last one.

Yes, amazing race Rossi was great, almost sublime !

Just wondering if we could ever get half the excitement of a Moto-GP race in F1 ? That desk & helmet thing at the end was just great ! If it was tried in F1, I'm sure somebody would've thrown a fit !
