Final leg
--Hirvonen finished 1st
--Latvala came in as close as 4 1/2 seconds behind hirvonen and was asked to back off to ease pressure off his team mate and keep manufacturers award in mind
-- Loeb finished third and concentrated on keeping the position and not lose to atkinson
-- Anderrson finished 5th i suppose after slipping down to 9th position. Overtook his team mate and I believe it was the best the Japanese suzuki team got in its debut season. IMO he was impressive at japan.

Mud and uneven gravel along with rain made the last stages a thorough endurance test. We saw loeb spin out at no.3 and was pretty panicky at the end of the stage as he couldnt afford to lose the 3rd place. Pressure to perform gets to us all.
Loeb successfully becomes the WRC champion for the 5th time with the 3rd position at Japan(112 points) and the last rally at wales still left to come..
