LC is still banned.

What is 2 way telementry.Telemetry can only be one way.u can recieve data from the car and see the engine revs, consumption etc in the pits. But what data can u transit from the pits that the car uses.yes drivers can be informed about their pace, fuel, laps remaing, pitstop strategy etc but u cannot modify any engine or car parameters from the pits .though the drivers can adjust revs, brake bias etc.

merve - 2 way is pits to car communications & remote signals to car's ECU from which you CAN modify stuff on the car which the driver cannot.
This was allowed in 2002 & 03 but banned in 04 along with LC

e.g in Monaco 2002 I remember was a big big example of this since Coulthard was leading and the team (and we too) saw blue smoke coming from one bank of cylinders whenever he hit a bump near the Casino.
So the engineers modified some oil pressure (cant remember exactly ) via radio link from the pits and got the car home and DC got the win!

no i dont think u can modify any of the cars parameters from pitlane.u can only recieve data from the car.in coultards case he could have reduced the engine revs himself yo get the pressure down and finish the distance.

why dont you think modifications to car is not possible remotely ?

since you do not believe me, I had to do some digging to find this -

"The power of bi-directional communication telemetry was demonstrated during the Monaco GP weekend when McLaren altered settings on David Coulthardís car that stopped his engine from smoking and enabled him to continue on to take victory."
