The "For sure" Championship
Ever got sick and tired of F1 drivers using the phrase "for sure" in every way except how it should be? Well someone decided to start a "For sure" championship. Hilarious!
How does it work? The For Sure Championship monitors the official FIA press conferences. The Thursday, Friday, Qualifying and Race conferences are counted, but only for driver appearances. An 'event' is defined as one such press conference, and the total usage of 'for sure' over the season will be divided by the total number of events a driver has participated in to produce a For sure per Event figure. In the event of a draw, the driver with the least 'events' will take the lead, they having been given less opportunity to use the vital phrase.
The positions after the Monaco Grand Prix (it will be updated to include all races so far soon) are seen in the link RealBrawnGP.com - Brawn GP News - For Sure Championship: Button's big effort in Monaco. Please help in keeping this thread updated as the races go by and the championship heats up.
P.S. Can someone display that table here? I tried and couldn't do it.
