In german media, its already confirmed that Schumi and Nico are racing and Merc have 2 no. 1 drivers, Nico says he respects Schumi but will still race him.

When do we get our own F1 ring????

If Schumacher does return, 2010 is gonna be his toughest season ever. Can't wait to see how he tackles his new rivals.

Yes, I think the talent on the grid will be one of the challenges he will relish. Maybe even an incentive to comeback.

While BMW and Toyota were cutting costs , Mclaren were luring a world champion and building a supercar and Ferrari were breaking contracts .
Norbert Haug got a eureka moment ! :
(Schumi + Ross Brawn)* Mercedes = WDC + Constructors

Lets hope the speculation is true . Should make next season even better !

If Shumi returns to F1 - it will be great for all of us. Imagine the mayem that will ensure. Alonso his main rival at Ferrari a team Shumi built around him.
Lets also remember the Ferrari dream team was of Schumi, Ross Brawn and Jean Todt. Well two out of three for 2010 will be great IMO.

LOL

The return of Schumi looks very likely, most of the sites are going gaga over it. I jus remembered the same hype was in the air when Schumi retired, and i was hoping the media is crazy, till the official comment was made by MS himself. Now i get that same kinda feeling with media hype, and this time i'm sure MS is coming.

Schumi are you listening

Bernie Ecclestone says he would be surprised if Michael Schumacher isn’t now on the grid with Mercedes in 2010, as speculation surrounding a comeback for the German legend continues to gather pace.

Now F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone has dropped a big hint that a Schumacher comeback is on the cards when asked by The Times if he thought Robert Kubica, in wake of Renault selling a large stake in its Enstone-based team, would become a Mercedes target if the Pole opted to turn his back on his Renault deal.

Well, they’ve got Michael haven’t they? Ecclestone said.

They won’t want Michael and Kubica.

Ecclestone, who added that he is absolutely over the moon about the prospect of F1’s most successful ever driver returning, admits he now expects Schumacher to be back on the grid for the first race of 2010 in Bahrain.

I’d be surprised if he’s not driving for them but I don’t know if that’s fact, he said.

It looks like it’s going to happen.

Wow Kraft.Wagen - GOD bless Bernie's soul, lets keep our fingers and toes crossed that Shumi is on the grid in 2010!

Gomzi - You are right with Todt as FIA President he will certainly back Schumi but it shall have be from the background as officially he will have to appear non-biased
BTW in the interview somewhere Todt has mentioned quote "Michael is like a son to me" unqote.
Cheers

If he does something blatant or sides with merc+Schumi, then he will be kicked out. No, if Schumi does return in case of any misdemeanours, Todt will have to walk a swinging tight rope. Wouldn't envy him.

He wont be tensed at all man! He already knows whether Schumi is returning or not.
