Rally drivers, because they aren't driving on the same 5 kms route over and over again. Thanks to natural elements, rallying isn't as safe as Formula 1 either.

90% of the pictures are taken by me, 5% by Godfrey using my camera (where I am in the Formula Renault) and the balance 5% were provided by Michelin.

Is it possible to have similar experiences in and around Bombay?
Not Bombay for sure. However, the upcoming F1 track in Northern India may provide for a possibility.

Awesome!!!

Must have been incredible driving a 408bhp/ton race car.

Did they have any cams mounted on the car. Would have been great to see your complete run on video. Pics just don't do justice to such an event.

And yes, an event like this in India is very much needed.

PS : If you can travel all the way to Malaysia for a track session, im sure you can find the time to join us at the next track event at, MMSC. You Bbay bhpians seriously need to plan out a trip down south.

They didn't, though Renuka (from the ACI tele show) mounted a camera on one of the other cars. Guess you can catch it on an upcoming episode.

Just read the report. All I can say is, what an experience it must have been! Truly exceptional and memories for a life time. Congrats and cheers. I'm envious.
