52 Days and the countdown begins.

Thankfully the final race is at Sau Paulo and not at that joke of a track.

Thankfully, Bahrain will revert to the original layout this year instead of the stupid layout that they raced last year. The Bahrain track was never a great one, but atleast the original one is much better than the one that was used last year to compensate for the increase in cars on the track.

what difference does that make??? Even in Sao Paulo you cant expect an exciting race unless it rains.

Not really. Sao Paulo produces some great races even when it's not raining. Schumi's last race before his retirement in 2006 comes to mind. Or even the race in 2003 where Webber and Alonso had a crash. Abu Dhabi, on the other hand, produces boring races without exception ( although the track is not entirely to blame ).

Barring the Schumacher years when the championship used to be decided almost halfway through the season, Brazil has consistently produced awesome races. And compare the 2007, 2008 and 2009 championship deciding races against 2010.

Hopefully a lot of races will be more exciting this year with the tires and movable rear wing.
Abu Dhabi was especially boring in 2010

The Indian GP better be a cracker of a race...

Bahrain GP has been cancelled :(

Yes it's official. Bahrain GP has been cancelled due to political unrest in Manama, Pro-democracy activists still camping at Pearl Square in capital .

Respite for McLaren ! That's how I see it.
I think the pecking order will be the same as last year RB & Ferrari battling for top honours, McLaren, Merc, Renault, Williams, FI, STR, Sauber, Lotus, VR, HRT.

It will be a good fight in the middle order. Bring it on !

As it has been cancelled and no reschedule date has been announced so far would this season have only 19 races? Considering the packed calendar seems difficult to fit in one more at a later date.

Sadly the first race which we guys so damn longingly waited, did not take off.

Lets wish that the country plagued by various issues, get back to being normal. :)

Signing off from this Thread.

There is a chance of rescheduling the Bahrain GP race, I read it somewhere in the net a week back, but I'm not able to recollect the link for the same
