So Jacques finally has something to keep himself occupied. Renault has confirmed that he will be testing for them, and has already been through seat fitting sessions.

Renault sacks Trulli after the became third in the constructor's title yesterday. Villeneuve will mostly be driving for Renault in the last three races of this season.

Wow thats gr8 news!! Can't wait to see Jacques behind the wheel of a good competitive Renault! He's one of the most talented drivers, but wasted at BAR Honda.

wasted at BAR-Honda then, but not now. I'm sure he'd perform with this years BAR Honda.
He'll be joining Toyota next year! Rival company.

its really sad to see trulli leave.. anyway.. thats for another post..

i like JV.. and wud love to see him racing again..
another thing wud be how quick he is able to adjust to an F1 car again..
shudnt take him long.. and i bet he's raring to go !

news just came in that he has indeed signed a 2 yr contract with sauber..it will be interesting to see how he does
