Default Bitten by the Team-BHP bug!

Hi BHPians,

Feels great to be here, feels great to be a BHPian!!

I'm an auto enthusiast and love cars since I was a little boy. I started collecting stickers, toys and scale models back in school. I still do, nothing stops me!

I'm 29 and work for an e commerce company. My ride is a VW Polo 1.2 TDi and a Mercedes Benz E250D (W124) Masterpiece edition. I love my Merc and she just oozes elegance. I love travelling and photography.

The cars I love are the Mercedes Benz W124, BMW E8 M5, Audi Quattro, Mini Cooper, Land Rover Defender. Modern classics they are! Muscle cars, ah! Dodge Challenger- Retro and cool.

About Team-BHP, its really nice to see passionate people who just love cars and have made it what is is today. Looking forward to interact with fellow BHPians in the coming days, months and years.

Welcome onboard buddy. Good to have one more Merc enthusiast here. No doubt that the W124 was the last of the real things ever made. I am sure, many many folks here ( including me) would want a W124 in their garage.

The other cars you mentioned are also great in their own respect. BTW, you have something special with European auto and seem to a fan of those.

Welcome again and look forward to hearing more from you.

Thanks Khan. We'll never get a car like the W124 again, SIMPLE and ELEGANT. I've always been a fanboy of European cars. I get to travel a lot and get a taste of European motors. The reason I love the above mentioned cars so much is that they were made for one purpose- performance. They had no crazy electronics, sensors etc. You just get a pure driving thrill you simply don't get in todays more powerful versions. Sadly today performance cars electronics have become like a video game console- complex! I'm old school

The BMW E8 M5- the best M5 according to me.
AUDI Quattro- a LEGEND, and I've thoroughly enjoyed driving one when I'd lived in Dubai.
Defender- An authentic off roader in the purest form.
W124- Class, comfy, simple- just what I need everyday.
