Default Hi from Bangalore

Hi Team-BHP

Am Yashish, 29 and finally registered after months of visiting this site everyday.
Love it. Super content - advice, gyaan, information & attitude.

Work in Bangalore and drive an Alto (800cc). Also have a KB100 RTZ which has been with me since grad days.

Have used (not owned) many other cars though, most notably the 06' Montero for Blore-Hyd trip. Also driven some phoren bourgeoisie cars during my travels - Holden Commodore, Accord Euro, Opel Signum, Peugeot 407, Dodge Intrepid.

Trivia: in an earlier job (2001) was working for an IT firm subcon'ed by Delphi on a project to develop the ECU code for 2006 V6 engine (most probably for GM). Those days I could rattle off details of every car sold in India (must add - there weren't an awful lot).
But since then got busy with mundane stuff and lost all touch.

Now am back.
This site is home now.

To everyone - Great site.

cheers

Thanks for the welcome guys.

wolfinstein, dinar: Name's Yashish

The RTZ been hardly ridden in the last 2 years. the local iron-wala is after me to sell it to him.
Not too inclined to sell/give, been with me too long.

dinar:
Coding was in a mix of C and assembly language. Used an IDE for this.
Then an Compiler/Assembler was used to convert this into machine code for the controller (Motorola 68HC12).
