I am Ananth, a new member from Chennai. I am a collector of Vintage & Classic Cars. My oldest is a 1928 Essex Super Six. I have 12 cars in all. I am now building a Fiat 1100 , 1975, to Rally specs of the seventies. If any one is interested, I can give details of my cars

Welcome aboard, its always great to have people with such vast experience aboard. Do tell us more about your Essex. I remember watching one being restored in Pune, I wonder where it is today.

I assume this is your car.

Yes.I shall post pictures of my cars. Let me first learn how to upload photos. The Essex in the picture is mine, but this photo was taken when restoration was not complete.Now it looks even better.I don't know of any other Essex Super Six Tourer in India.

Welcome aboard Mr. Ananth. Don't know if you remember me but I had the pleasure of visiting your home in Chennai with my brother-in-law Naresh Bangara and had the chance to view your cars. Perhaps you'll recall someone as having a couple of Packards in Hyderabad?

What are the cars added? I remember all those lovely garages you built were full then, have you had to construct a few more to house new additions?

Mr. Ananth I don't recall who but someone mentioned there's a 29/30's Cadillac tourer in Chennai?? One which doesn't come out to rallies?? Is there such a car?

No, not my knowledge. There is a 1928 Plymouth & 1934 Ford ; bot do not come out for any event. Cadi, a definite no.
Can you please brief me how to post a thread & how to post pictures?
