Default iceman7

Hello guys,

My name is Himanshu and i am from Mumbai. Have been trying to regiter on TBHP for days and finally got through yesterday. Obviously like all people present in this forum i am an avid car lover. i am not much of a techie on cars but i know a good car when i drive one. This is proven by the fact that i drive a Palio

I have a nice little collection of toy cars.

On my wish list is a yamaha RD 350 and an OHC or a Lancer which i can get modded.

Another thing i want to do is go on a roadtrip to Ladakh. I have been trying to convince my friends to accompany me, but in vain. Hope i will convince someone soon..

Thats pretty much me.

Cheers!!!

Oh boy, I see you have a lot in common with our memberbase...and it doesn't end with the Palio, OHC, toy cars or long trips either! Welcome to Team-BHP, Himanshu. Head over to the travelogues section; finding someone to drive along with you to Ladakh could entail no more effort than a thread (hopefully).

Also, please do visit the board rules section to get yourself familiar with our forum policies.

Welcome aboard Iceman7. I am sure you'll have a pleasant stay here.

FYI, since you are interested in toy cars/scale models, check out this (The Scale Model Thread) thread.

Welcome abord Himanshu. By any chance are you Himanshu Narvekar? You car and bike suggests that. If yes, then guess who is this?

Small world, huh? I just had a look at his profile details and yes, it is Mr. Narvekar.

I am in a similar situation but the only problem is I don't have a vehicle capable enough to complete this journey but otherwise it is one dream I truly want to fulfil. Ladakh as a place is spectacular and the Ghata Loops make for a very good set of turns. I can volunteer to come along, when do you plan to undertake this trip ?

Way too cool. He's a very nice guy. Although his part of introduction is done, let me also add on to it...he loves cricket, F1 and is really good at table tennis as well. Very smart and very passionate about his work. And yes, my ex colleague. We worked together about 2 years ago. Haven't been in touch all this while! The only hint which I got was from Palio and Fiero.

Welcome aboard my friend! This is Amit Takalkar. Paichana kya?
