The one with the Scorpio mod, Could you dedicate a seperate thread for that?. Does that have a Power steering as well?

Haha, I knew she was the one right when I saw her the first time (damn, that sounds like a crazy love story)! You must have had to do some pretty serious strengthing of the chassis, not to mention the drive train? Even the drive shaft must be pretty short. What transmission are you using? Any scope of adding mechanical limited slip diffs?

Yes the entire chassis has been strengthened with tubular sections. I will attach a pic of the rear part of the chassis with the additional sections.

The transmission is the original 4 speed + reverse that shifts like a truck. It is a very crude tranny, but can handle the high torque.

The rear diff has an Auburn Gear Limited slip that works great! But I do kind of miss spinning the rear tires while nailing the throttle coming out of a turn.

Regarding power steering......yes it is powered.....by your biceps
