Smile Hey Guys, this is andy

Hey Guys ,

This is andy. Came across this site by chance when I was scouting for information for my upcoming road trip. I instantly liked it and was pleasantly surprised to find such a plethora of practical information put in by travel buffs.

By the way, I'm 35 years old and based out of Pune working for a large Software Company. Apart from cars & travelling, I'm a dog lover to the core of my heart (I have a labrador called Shogun presently). Also I like music and books.

Presently I own a Hyundai Santro Xing XL (since last 2 years). My dream machine as of now would be a Hyundai Tucson or a Honda CR-V.

Looking forward to post my travelogue which I undertook last year (Delhi to Pune by road) and the forthcoming one (Pune to Kalimpong (Darjeeling)) in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Bye guys and see you soon

Yeah, dags.
Dags.
Pointing. You like dags?
Oh, dogs. Sure, I like dags.

Hey Andy,

Welcome to Tbhp, where you will find a thread on almost every topic that interests you.

Do visit the travelogue section to find some of the most amazing experiences. Looking forward to reading yours too.

Also, great to have yet another dog lover on board. We too have one - Simba - a black lab.

Please post some pics of Shogun on the following thread :

We knew a famous Lab called Thunder. Everyone thought it was too intimidating a name for a Lab with a huge goofy smile on his face....till they heard him bark! He broke his master's forearm (the bone, that is)with a playful bite while they were fooling around with each other.

welcome to TBHP

The feeling is mutual, rippergeo. Just lost a labrador last month and my other labrador is still upset that his buddy is no more. I wish they could have a longer life span

Hi Andy
Do share your experience of road trips. I myself like driving and am a frequent traveller between Delhi-Jaipur-Ajmer, nearby destinations. Beleive me Delhi-Jaipur is good and the best part is Jaipur Ajmer, which is 132 kms and you cover it in just one hour 15 min. Excellent road condition, amazing drive, not much hindrances. Thanks to Golden Quadrilateral of vajpayee govt(vajpayee ka sapna..)
Driving on Road for destination and travelling with your loved ones is always enjoyable. Share your experience with all and may be we will learn from each other experience
