Hey,

I am probably the most recent Baleno buyer in this forum. Checkout my review in the Test Drive section. Don't bother with the Vxi, buy Lxi and accessorise later. That way you'll have a car much superior to Vxi at a cheaper price. Ofcourse, listen to Iceman. Your new Baleno will thank you.

Lightbulb Baleno Dilemma

Hello Guys,

Here is where I going to really need your support. I really dont know for sure, whether this is the right thread for this sort of activity?
Anyways, You would find in the first page of this thread , I had mentioned some stuff about myself about my kid and a wonderfull women I married to.. well... I think I should do a rethink on the latter

My better half has been consistently against the baleno, not directly though but indirectly. We had the accent guys come over late last evening and we took a test drive at about 8 pm. I had already test driven the car and had found it allright (read all frills no character).

Driving the Accent, I was shown that it had more head room (easy for the baby to play in) and little more boot space (stroller goes in easily et all), Better seats, sexier looks, easier for a lady to drive etc..etc..

My performance questions was rebutted with comments like "c'mon this is blr city not the Midwest freeways". All in all I was given a good brush off ( The accent exec joined the show too!)...

Anyways, I must say the package was allright and the cabin noise was minimum and felt like a luxury car and also the gear change a lot better than baleno.

Here I am as always in a bit of a soup as my existing car insurance expires end of this week and I definetly am confused on what car to buy?

cheers.

Default Baleno Club

Hi Guys,
Maybe I am jumping the gun or something but I cant help thinking aloud . How about starting a baleno club ( am getting one by the end of this week) or organising a teambhp bangalore chapter meet???? Imaging the ideas that can pass around?

Plus would definitely like to meet up with rudra and get some tips on photography (own a canon slr and recently bought a olympus wide angle c5060 cant wait to do sho-sha-giri with that one )

That would be a very restricted club, besides Iceman is selling or sold his Baleno, we won't have a President :-)

Default Iceman's Baleno

Hey Iceman,

Samurai's just passed info that you are selling your baleno, have you sold it or is it still on the market? If it is then, do PM with what kind of money you are looking out for?

Regards
Vivek.
