Adios from the peninsula - Team-BHP

Hi,

My name is George, known as 'Geo' among friends. I have been interested in technology every since I left school into a polytechnic. Automobiles fancied me and at one point of time all I wanted to do was setup a garage. Those were better days and my daily bread is earned by working in the area of computer networks. I follow Formula-1 closely and managed to catch up most of the WRC rallys. In our town there one leg of the Asia Pacific Rally which is a must see.

I went through a lot of posts here and truly would cherish this association, there were articles that were information and helpful and there's a lot of discipline enformed which is not the case in many online forums. I look forward to lots of information exchange.

Welcome to the Team-BHP! I think most of us BHPians want (as in my case) or wanted to set up a garage at one stage of our lives.

Hi,
It's truly been a pleasant experience being welcomed by so many people.

revtech - I am into Networking and Windows Server, primarly web servers and all related to that sphere. I started in a Maruti Omni in 96, used a Maruti 800 till about a week ago and am currently using a TATA Indigo GLX. Parallely I have used a Suzuki Shogun 94 - 99 and a Shoalin after that till date.

GTO - I meant it in all honesty, sadly there's been a serious typo in the message. The word 'enformed' should read as 'enforced'.

XSailor - I happen to use goodbye at the end of each day and I guess it just slipped into the post too, don't read too much into it. I am here to stay.

jkdas - Of the jungle, rightly said. Jane at the moment is on her way to work!
Steeriod - Surely doesn't mean that in and out in a jiffy thing, it's a habit I have.

One request you mentioned that one round of APRC is held closer to your town . could you please post some pictures of the same if its not too much of a hassel .
