Well, technically speaking it can't beat a Palio 1.6 GTX... leave alone a corolla! I don't think it can beat the OHC vtec... not even the city 1.5 ... it can't beat an optra 1.8.... or the fiesta and aveo 1.6s... man don't jump to accord for compitition straightway.

| baught a used fiat petra 1.6elx a jan 2005 model for 2.65 lacs reading 19500 km on the meter.i must say its a real drivers car.pick up and power is fantastic and can really beat anything on the highway.f.e is not that good though.got around 9 in the city and 13 on the highway with ac on most of the times.but its a real comfy drive and u really look forward for a nice long drive .got a lpg kit fitted recently.the boot space is still amaazing.could fit in 4 cricket kits in it at one time.performance on lpg is on par as with petrol but the fe decreases marginally.well, couldnt ask for more in 2.85 lacs.drove an indica dls for 2 yrs and was really fed up with it .wot i wanted was raw speed and i got it at a reasonable price |

| well yes the gear shift is short and precise and ideal for city driving as well as the highway.the car accelerates pretty fast till 100kmph with a/c switched on and 5 people sitting in it.havent measured the seconds though.the car can cruise safely at 140kmph speed.since i dont have tube less tyres i keep it around 100kmph.did 160kmph once on the express highway.car is really good for overtaking in city as well as highway.i feel its faster than in any other car in this segment and can also challenge the scorpios and the innovas. |
