Bought through- Prerana motors

Fiat Palio Adventure-657,965/-(on-road Bangalore as on 07-07-07).

Optional-extended warranty-7500.

Discounts given-60,000/-

Extra(By dealer- one Ganesha idol(ceramic),one perfume(car mate 'Poppy'),one set of floor mats(Lousy!!),one box of chocolate(home made).

Noteworthy facts- The car came with 15 liters of petrol,It got punctured the moment it reached my premises(as i mentioned iam getting reimbursed),

Best of all- The car exceeded my expectations though it does not have the luxury frills of some of its competitors. He is a solidly built fella! All purpose-no pretence.

Congrats D_f on Adventure, its awasome car, The 6 lac. price on road bangalore for Adventure is right one. Its good car except for Luxury Interior. I too heard stock tyres not good anyway its same story with many cars now a days. Because of increase in production cost quality coming down day by day to keep up same price. Looks like you have upgraded to good tyres and alloys, do post some pictures.

Sigh,Unforunately that was the price quoted to me! yes it comes with pirelli tubeless and it punctured right in front of Prerana motors top brass who had accompanied the car as a goodwill gesture and 2 fellow bhpians!!

correct me if i'm wrong - i am under the impression that tubeless tyres don't get punctured.... well... at least not with small nails or so...and you only have to pull out something that is stuck and that's it.... unless it is really bad when something has to be done.

If that is not the case, then what is the use of a tubeless tyre ?.... and what about someone who's tyre gets punctured on the first day ?... sorry to hear that.
