Swift VXI has the seat height adjustment.
Only Swift Zxi has this feature.

Sorry about that, My friend is having VXI and he told me that the seat height adjuster is available. When I saw the feature in the website then I realized that it is not available in VXI.

Normally it costs more in Bangalore, there may be difference of few hundreds, but 1.2K in your case is too much!! My guy said he gave discount since I was TBHPian, but I don't believe him becaz he said this after he heard me telling someone that I am TBHPian (if he says upfront, then I can't bargain more he thought, still I bargained and reduced it )

http://www.llumar.com/IntEng/PDF/aut...ec%20sheet.pdf - guess this gives spec.

My bill/warrenty card seems to mention Steel35 and AIR75 for other & windscreen respectively (platinum/diamond series).

However I could only see AIR75 spec in the sheet (% visible light transmit & reflect are 73 & 9; % solar and UV rejection are 39 & 99).

Windscreen sheet didn't make any difference wrt viewing. In fact, had I not been there while they installed, I wouldn't have believed it was installed.

I am adding Llumar sun-films (diamond series - 5 yrs warranty) tomorrow.. here is wht I got after a hard bargain:

* Windscreen - Llumar AIR 75 - 4.5K (visible light 73%, Solar energy rejection -39%, Visible light reflected - 9%, UV rejection - 99%)
* Side + Rear - Llumar PP 70 - 3.5K (visible light 70%, Solar energy rejection -38%, Visible light reflected - 18%, UV rejection - 99%)
* free installation

Is this a good buy?

An effective sun film will cut off heat percolated to the cabin. This will result in less running of the AC compressor and hence, improved fuel economy.

I enquired about the Parking sensor with Maruti Dealer. He showed me a XENOS sensor which had 6 sensors (4 rear + 2 front) with integrated rear view mirror. The total cost is Rs. 3800 including fitting charges (1 year warranty).

Any idea how much the same cost outside.

I think that sounds a good price. I got the same price for only the rear 4 sensors from "Red Soul", a bangalore manufacturer. Though the rear ones are mostly likely to be useful, it might help to have in the front as well. Xenos brand belongs to Pricol, Coimbatore - who I think offer decent support. I had Xenos security system in my Baleno earlier & they offered life time warranty & did come down to support whenever called...
