Wow that would be great time to buy..I must wait for one more month to get max. of the year end offer.
However, I'm planning to go for 1.1. Though it will not be as fast but I hope would be worth investing and having a relaxed ride.

It not just bout the power of 1.6.

Its about the smoothness of the susspension.

Amount of space, comfort.

Killer looks of the vehicle.

And its road presence.

More over that you have gonna get grt Mileage figures with that 1.1 engine. I bet you are going to enjoy the vehicle.

Yes, I agree with you. I'm fan of Fiat just like I posses my Royal Enfield. Its same love for Fiat. Although, I dont own Palio so far but I admire it always.

i own a petra 1.6 and i can confidently say that the car does not give more than 9kmpl in city and max 12 on highway..but who cares maan.iv got a LPG kit fitted and there is absolutely no change in performance wotso ever.the boot space is still huge even after fitting a 60 litres tank which fills in abt 48 litres of gas.the car goes abt 350kms on a full tank with a/c on most of the times.
