what would be a proper price for an 1996 e250d done abt 60 k kms (genuine)?


apparently car's been serviced completly at the merc dealership in hyd,with clear records,(still on the original jks tyres!)


what are the avg prices in mumbai,chennai,banglore and other places?

hyd market rates are between 6l to 10l for an good w124.


heard spare parts are available pretty easily in mumbai.is that true?

planning to give the car for the 140 point check up in the dealership,so apart from that should i look into anything else?


car's been insured for 4 lacs,so i guess that's the approx insurance market value of the car?

one another thingy...what was the orig head unit for the indian made w124 from dcil? cos this car has a wood finish pioneer with a cd changer in boot

You can get good cars in the 5.5-7.5l range in Mumbai. For the petrol E220's the range is from 4.5/5 - 7.0l. All depends on the condition number of owners and kms driven.

6 lacs tops in Mumbai for such a car. Thats if it is well maintained and has a complete service history.

that's what i quoted gto.. since diesel commands a premium in south prices are a bit high here.. guy's asking 8l neg.

the merc dealer has two w124's asking 8-9l neg! both done over a lac of kms..
