(seeing that you mentioned you had a Galant) Now for what car to get under $30,000, man, I'm sure we all would love to have that problem! Why would you consider an Toyota Avalon?? That's a granny car! I don't see how you could be looking at that and the Evo, they are at opposite ends of the spectrum.

Plus, there is a whole aftermarket of performance enhancing equipment available. Ofcourse, you could go the traditional desi way and get a Merc or a Beemer, but it would be the no frills base model for that amount I would think.

| Team-BHP Moderator ![]() | Hi Aditya, Nice to see a NJ guy here, I am a former NJ guy myself. You want a car with pep and little luxury, you don't have to look any further from Acura TL. Engines 3.2L 270 hp V6 Transmissions 5-Speed Automatic Overdrive 6-Speed Manual Overdrive More info. Falls just within your budget as MSRP itself is 32K, you should get it for 29k-30K. As a former Acura TL owner I would say go for it dude...

I am a little confused here. Currently you own a Galant which I always thought as an also ran car among the numerous midsize sedans in USA. I mean I wouldn't give even a first look if a Galant passed by me. And then you say you also own two mercs. Why would you buy a run of the mill Galant after owning Mercs, that just beats me. That's like switching to Maruti 800 after driving a VTEC. Would you mind sheding some light here if you don't mind... ![]()
