stock rims couldn't hold 185s - i am on alloys

Jassi i'm havin a 99 model santro and the 185s wont fit.. Even if i get alloys... Me plannin to get 165/65 tyres... Any suggestions on alloy designs or brands... Some pics can really help...

Selection of a design is a personal choice.
Available brands are Plati ,Prestige,Neo ,Aura ,Hijoin etc.

theres a lot of them n you should visit a local shop to see em - i personally did not like any of the aura alloys when i was looking out 2+ yrs ago - dont know if they have better stuff now

Wow! good to find this thread. Will these mods work equally well on AT also. Anyone can throw some light on the differences between the Santro Xing and ERLX. Are there any differences or just gimmick?

specifically 145bhp from a 5 psi boost and top speed of 200kmph seem impossible - maybe the engine burst at the end of the dyno run after putting out these figures :-P

not sure about the link i posted where the guy is making 145bhp from the santro 1.0L engine with 5 psi boost

but from the links you posted aza - although its in a latin or something - it seems the guy (turbo atos1) spent 1500 usd and is running 15psi boost to get 90hp and is using turbo garrett hybrido t3/t4 and can pull a 15 sec quarter mile (402 metros)

dunno if i got that right but seems good - although i do understand on a santro apart from wider rubber you will need to upgrade brakes n suspension/handling to ensure any sense of stability

*Bump*

Small update.

Got 6000K H7 HIDS fitted in the Projector FOG lamps. The CUTOUT has been removed from the projectors. The light spread was tested before putting it on the car. The result is awesome, projectors have amplified the lights i guess coz now the fogs are way brighter than the headlamps.

Have also got Sparco replica seats fitted.

Hi everybody, I own a 2007 Model Santro Xing XL and was looking to upgrade the stock air filter with a K & N filter, could anybody let me know if there is a part number available for Stock replacement Air Filter or should I get the Universal air filter. I don't intend to get a CAI just the air filter change would help.

Hi everyone,

Got the stock Hyundai filter replaced with a K& N Stock replacement filter, part number 33-2124.

Got it at Overhaull near BDA Complex Banashankari II stage, paid 3990/-.

Felt the difference in lower gears however its too early to comment.

Will keep you all posted.
