Well i think u and old man must have discussed about that amby over a couple of drinks .. That car is capable of doing a 17-18 sec 1/4 mile .. The only guys to have seen the car really move are anoops , shravan , psycho and me .. And its nowhere close to a stock 1.8 ISZ amby .. That car flies ..

Also , now that we are talking about the "mod king of tbhp" dont u guys think arush wouldnt actually qualify as all his cars are his customers ?? I think this poll or thread was all about finding out the best mods on cars/bikes of the members ..

And that according to me would be :

1. Rudra's amby ..
2. Psycho's crazy esteem ..
3. Iceman's Baleno ( my inspiration ) ..
4. Two insane projects yet to be completed by psycho ..
5. Edmund's 800 ..

Sideway's lancer and ICEmans's Baleno
they are equally good , cant say which is better...
these guys have quite amazing hardcore performance mods on their machines.
DOM also does crazy mods, but I have not seen his machines, hope to see those also.
These guyz are not professionals but I think are as good.
Regarding professional modders, I have no idea...

Navinji,

Your driver has a hard time in the rain is it? (sorry, could not resist!)

But seriously, is it that much of an issue? i cant imagine 150bhp, that too on an engine with a single turbo, being enough to cause problems, along with the fact that its FWD.... ?

I dont think so, would place it in 19+ to 20+ depending on the driver.

You guys talkin about traction here? I didnt quite get the jist of it coz of the inside jokes but anyways I have driven the RS on a rainy day and belive me i had the worest experience ever.......the car just refused to stay straight... awesome power no doubt but you just touch the accelerator on a wet road and all it does is spins! Even tho the traction control was switched on...i could not drive it and finally got out of the car and went back into my accord and that drove perfectly, no spinning nothing....even tho my car doesnt have traction control like the RS.
I think i had mentioned this in an earlier thread......this happened a year back or so when the RS just came out.

Skoda vRS sold here does not have traction control. Only other safety features are the ABS, the airbags and the solid build quality..nutin elz

Yes Satya, youíre more or less there. Also I really donít see any comparisons with Optra.
