Yay, they do rock, no doubt about that.. But Mahindra needs to get its pricing right?? The operations sound a bit un-professional..

1. First you buy a vehicle and get it registered in your home-town.
2. Mahindra ppl will drive it all the way to Mumbai to get the "works" done.
3. You spend more than 2 Lacs for the upgrade.
4. And then you wait for 2 months (They drive it back) to get the delivery.
(I bet anybody buying a new Mahindra will be desperate with anxiety at the 2 month waiting period).

Hmm, suddenly the offer doesn't sound too good.. It would have been better if it was factory manufactured in the first place..

On the other hand, for people having an old Mahindra Bolero, it might not be such a bad idea to get it soup'd up with the new works..

well, just read a post on these post mods somewhere else and it does not seem as sweet as it sounds. You need to first buy it, get it registerd, and then they take it and do the mods. Howver, the only ray of hope is that the warranty is still valid, considering the company is doing the work, which in m&ms case is a much required assurance!

Everyone says that these vehicles rock. But same cannot be said about the engines on offer (they certainly rock as in vibrate)

Dear guys,

I am new here so apologies if I mess up......thinking of buying the inspira.... have read a lot about it, checked it out online....spoke to JS Nanda of M&M and he offered me a test ride on the base platform of the invader....

The price is a bit steep at the total on-road cost coming to 7.5 - 8 lacs.....but if it performs as they promise it to, I think its a good buy....it looks good, can go off-road, and most importantly, is an open top vehicle....

I was wondering if anyone has an inspira and can give me a more comprehensive perspective on this issue ...... like howz the maintenance, are there a lot of teething problems, whats the road mileage like etc etc....

looking forward to hearing from your inputs on this...

Thanx,

D

i had an email from JS nanda from www.mahindra-customization.com. if any one wants to know the disapointing contents of it, pls PM me.

i was eager to buy the commando.....disappointed to know its price....which is cosmetic which can be done outside MM at half the damn price.

It is a Bolero on a customizable skin, so search for Bolero related topics on this forum for the maintenance, mileage, et-al... the quote for customization is exhoribtant, my advice would be to pick up a low mileage Bolero and mod it to your needs/taste - dont get carried away by the ad...

Anyone know whether we can get this stuff over the counter from Mahindra? Would be great to lay hands on some of the stuff above and add it to our Boleroes.

Some good stuff on there. But as a package they could have done much better.

Cough, cough, I mean... let's be frank. Most of us can't sing rap nor have ripping body like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Can you imagine normal people like us driving around in something like this?
