Thats great. Those vortex generator is quite a trademark of the Evo and IMO it makes it looks more aggressive giving a hint of the red monster under the hood.Is it a carbon fiber vortex? If yes i would have loved to keep it in that colour only. But then its ones own choice and i am sure you have planned something really good for the car and the final output will be amazing. Its wednesday so i guess we can expect the pics by tomorrow.Sorry for the impatience but i am quite glued to the thread

Thanks for the enthusiasm bro. There have been some problems with the bumper not aligning with the intercooler properly so yesterday instead of painting it they spent the day taking care of that first. Today it will be done the paint process and ks will start putting it together.

Only from the EVO 8 onwards though...

The reason i was suggesting not to put it back on was because it looked out of place, the black vortex generator on the white car stood out, and it looked like it wasn't a perfect fit. Hopefully repainting it white and re-fitting it might take care of that.

For a perfect paint coverage and perfect Paint job, both front and rear glasses should had been removed.
the steering mounted on the car, be careful so it doesnt get any over-spray or lacquer marks. EVO steering wheels are difficult and costly affair.

Luckily the windshields are getting replaced because of small cracks. And for the interior pieces including the steering wheel is getting replaced as well
