Thanks in advance!
Rust-oleum peel coat matte black actually leaves a matte dark grey look after drying, if you're strictly looking for a black look, go for plasti-dip.

Plastidipped my alloys yesterday and I must say that Ullas from Falunt ur Kuler did a fabulous job. Must appreciate the patience with which he goes about prepping the alloys and then coating them. My wheels got about 6 coats of matte black and here is how it looks at the end of it.

Total time taken from washing wheels to final coat was about 4 hours. Given that this is a peel off plastic coating, I always thought it might be easy to pull off and could get damaged easily but Ullas did show me how hard it could be to peel off 6-7 coats of plasti dip after it has cured.

Happy with how the tank looks now

Pardon my ignorance sir but can this be used on the spokes and rims of motorbikes ?

Flaunt Ur Kuler Black Matte is Rs. 990
Rust-Oleum Automotive Peel Coat Spray Paint is Rs. 610
Rust-Oleum FlexiDip Spray Paint - Removable Rubber Coating is Rs. 620

Sole purpose is to color my City's alloy, the logo's, lettering and chrome's front and rear.

Which one should i go for and what should be the quantity?

Can't really advise you on which product, since I've not used the Rust-Oleum. Do check some international reviews.

As for quantity, do search this thread. I remember there being a mention of how many cans a BHPian used to do his wheels...

I think this thread should give you a fair idea on quantity.

For those of you planning a DIY plasti dip of your alloys here is something that could save you sore and aching fingers.

I bought this on Ebay. Cost me Rs.500 since I had a discount coupon. Believe me it's really helpful and can be used on any aerosol spray can.

In addition to saving your fingers, it gives you better control of the spray process.
