Default innovative paint job

was browsin on the net when i found this on a website

its been taken by a german photographer and all these cars were brought brand new and repainted again

looks quite a stunner

do u guys have any idea if this can be done in mumbai or anywhere in india

The cars look great. Not sure if we can replicate this fit and finish here in India. Check with Arush Autophysche or the big man DC himself

i have also seen similar paint works in malaysia

these are hand painted with brushes. tedious job

i have seen a tata indica or marina in mumbai which was steelcrome painted at dadar showroom was looking awesome anyways here a steel crome merc

These cars were chromed and shot for the Mercedes 2004 Calendar.

Yes yes... the merc might look awesome, but just think about the heat it would be radiating during the summer... now THAT would be a killer!

I think the process of chrome painting is called chromulization or something.

look up the thread on the so called silver audi tht a sultan owned. it has deetails on how this effect can be achieved. ppl around u will go blind in the day though with all the light the paint will reflect.

Well guys i guess these crome paint job is banned in the us, coz it reflects the sunlight and other drivers can have problem with such paint job.. but again i am not too sure of this.. as it was told to me..

Please check out this months topgear magazine. There's a guy who does similar paint jobs on Bullets. Maybe he'll do some car jobs too.
