Engine and transmission assembly complete. Ahhh so clean. Love it.

Our custom made diff is well in place. Check it out.

Also guys, I need some Flexane 94 to make custom Engine and transmission Mounts (hard mounts for drifting). Also the existing engine mounts are broken and the diff dint have the third mount! It was some jugaad diff.

Let me know.

I love the work EP is doing here, the engine block looks new, and to be honest this is some international standard stuff that usually doesn't happen in India. Kudos, keep us updated!

A Small incident happened today. one of my main man, Vijay, almost lost his finger while working on the engine. Safety must come first always. So everyone working on heavy equipment, kindly take care of your health first.

Other updates: Today's schedule for my boys: To Manufacture Custom Engine, Transmission and Differential Mounts out of Flexane 94. In the process of making moulds for the same.

Also the LSD has been set in perfectly. The backlash has been adjusted just right, custom sleeves made to mate the driveshafts, and oil seals ordered.

It's going to be an exciting day.

Made custom hard mounts for the Engine, Transmission and Diff out of flexane 94. Super solid dampners to drift that sweet princess sideways easily. Here are some updates.

Ps: still awaiting all suspension parts from US :( delaying the full process.

Very interesting project you are doing and thank you for sharing something different, kindly keep updated for us. One silly question, is the engine with double cam setup? Well looks like from pictures.

Custom made rear diff mounts and brackets. Hard mounts = east to drift. And hardcore performance feel.
