Please let me know where can you get memory foam? I would like to get some.

How did you workaround this? The amron backrest that I procured has put me in a similar predicament. It is very useful and has made me realize how lacking the polo's seat is in terms of lumbar support. But at the same time, I'm now not having enough under thigh support resulting in pain in ankle. Did you face some thing similar?

Unfortunately i have not, i do not use the backrest. It is kept in the car for those emergency situations.

What i would really love to have is the Obus Forme Ultra Forme Ergonomic Orthopedic Back Rest which bhpian nkghai has.

Need to wait for someone who is coming from the states to get it.

I have made some changes to my seat and it seems to be working pretty well for now. I now push my seat back and sit lower to ensure that the knee is at the same level as the thigh or lower. The additional backrest keeps the back straight and visibility intact.

I found Obus Forme Ultra Forme Ergonomic Orthopedic Back Rest on amazon btw.
