Installed the vibrant resonator. Its pretty silent. Did a run of 300 kms on highway and there is no headache. There is some new found responsiveness to the engine which was unexpected. Car is pretty eager to revv.
Cold start idling video.

Car has completed around 5k kms after rebuild at BW.
One Goa trip. Came back and changed the downpipe gasket. Changed oil.
Switched to full syth motul (car) engine oil.
Two Kerala trips.
In city drives radaitor fan fuse blew. Went and fixed it. I found this out on my tunervew and noticed ect going past 87 deg (ecu us set to get fan on at 87). Thanks to the app.
One 300kms trip after vibrant installation. Its got more than enough power to get going. Clutch is weak and cant hold rpms beyond 5k or on full load.

Done one more oil change. Installed OE style oil cooler. Thanks to BW for introducing me to this idea. I hope i get some more oil life by installing this.

An informative video.

Bought and installed a Vibrant turbo Air filter. Flow is better than that of K&N filter.

Upgraded map sensor to motorola 2.5 bar map sensor. Replaced the sensor inside the stock map sensor body with the motorola 2.5 bar sensor. Selected the correct sensor in the Neptune interface and it was good to go. I have been running the new sensor for quite a while now and all seems to be working fine. Thanks the the following link where the guy posted detailed information on how to do this.

Clutch is on last leg and needs replacement soon. Planning to get an action stage 3 clutch.
