Got Hella red grills for my petra this weekend, They indeed sound loud, but I see the vibrations coming into the cabin and the tone is very harsh.

My OEM horns were 347Hz and 567Hz these I think are 300Hz and 500Hz.

Just wondering if anything can be done over it?

Mugen, will this suit my Alto? Who are the Indian representatives for this product? I want to get the genuine one.

Which is the best place for installation for such a horn and any ratings or model numbers which I need to watch out for?

Get it man!!! Make sure it's a genuine.

Those horns are very compact and can give enough sound to move those arrogant road blockers in front of you.

Airhorrns can be used on the highway. It's only banned in city limits according to my knowledge.

I don't know the shop. I was getting the ICE done at Driven in Mayapuri. I mentioned Stebel and he got it for me from somewhere (close to his shop I guess).

Both The Nautilus and Nautilus compact is available on ebay.in. The compact one is sharper sounding.

Thanks Red, I got the Nautilus for 1K. My accessories guy arranged it for me. It is a singleton and I've mounted it in front of my Scorp's radiator just behind the louvres with a separate push switch to operate.

The real naughty ones in the front who don't pay heed to the regular toot just startle and jump to the left when I jab the push switch... And I'm lovin it..!!

My apologies to Wolfinstein and his sensibilities - though I'm a stickler for rules and stop at red lights even at 2 in the morning inspite of the vociferous protestations of my family, I thought being a bit illegal in this maddening Delhi/NCR traffic is better than contracting High BP...

I just got the Stebel Nautilius today, going to get it installed tomorrow morning on my OHC. Is it allright to get this fixed behind the bumper or is the engine bay area better?

The instructions say that there will be no warranty due to excess water, heat etc so I was wondering if its ok to have it exposed behind the bumper?
