| Team-BHP Support ![]() | I chose Narva's over bluevisions, because they cost the same and gave better light. Recently one of the Narva's blew the high beam. I purchased something called Halonex +60 100/90W (1 bulb) for 90 rs so in the left headlight went the Halonex. The light is not white, but like OEM. In the Right enclosure the lone Narva resides(750/pair or 375 for one). Switching on was a revelation! It looks as if there is just the left headlight. The Halonex beam and throw completely overwhelms the Narva throw. The light is so bright that it looks like day! I will get the second bulb also replaced. Will be posting the comparison pics before that though for all of you too see. Right now my advice. If you do not care of white light, and are fitting 100/90W do not get Bluevision or Narva, buy Halonex +60 for 90rs each, and be happy!

But with the Narva in right and Halonex in left, I can easily make out the difference! I am tempted to get an osram 100/90W for 80rs instead of halonex and compare side by side. I am also told that Narva's are better than philips because most philips bulbs in open market are fakes.

| Team-BHP Support ![]() | They give standard Yellowish light, like OEM bulbs. White light is more pleasing and looks better. But for functionality this halonex is the brightest bulb I have put in my indica. I have even used 130/110W philips rallye for quite some time

I also found simple Osram 100/90 in Sector 16 for around 80 bucks. So you can actually buy them. 180 a pair is quite low!

| Team-BHP Support ![]() | Ok guys here are the Narva(right) and Halonex +60(left) comparisons. Both bulbs are 100/90W. Please ignore the blue color of light. The narva light is white, not blue, but the Camera-Phone screws up the white balance you see. the summary is that Halonex is far brighter and more light on road. Narva reflects slightly better on the road markings(esp white ones), but overall, Halonex is a far better bulb. And halonex costs 180 a pair, Narva costs 750 a pair. Just look at the intensity and spread 1. High beam close to wall ![]() 2. High beam a litte farther away ![]() 3.High beam from far, it appears as if Narva is not working at all! ![]() 4. Low beam spread on the wall ![]()

| Team-BHP Support ![]() | Nice comparison there, though it's funny that being the photographer that you are, you chose to use the cell cam for this! I have never heard of the brand Halonex before. Any links to the manufacturer site?

| Team-BHP Support ![]() | Me neither. But its a very very popular brand over here in Noida. A dealer may not have Philips, but they have Halonex(or halonix whatever). The bulb says made in india. As for camera, its called the right tool for the job . Was too lazy to use bring out the camera you see!I am planning to get rid of the other Narva and put in the 80 buck Osram 100/90 and see if thats better than Halonex, if not then both headlamps will get halonex

| Team-BHP Support ![]() | Hell, I am now tempted to go out and try this bulb as well! Problem is, I now have a collection of 2 OE sets of 60/55, 1 Philips Crystal vision 60/55, 2 Philips Rallye 100/90 and the current set of Narva 100/90 which I am using!

| Team-BHP Support ![]() | rtech its just 90 bucks unlike the expensive Blue green red violet vision brigade. Ditto for Osram's (80rs). After all this lighting circus(I have some 4 pairs lying here and there including an extremely potent leftover 130/110W Philips rallye) I have realized, that all these visions etc., are a little overrated, and if you look hard you can actually find something real great. As for your specific case your car does not have Fresnel type glass but clear glass. In fresnel type glass, while light scatters more than yellowish type, so you may not see as much difference as me and rags will see
