Perhaps to give the low profile look...

My next spotting would be a truck with those tyres!!!!

BTW, did anyone hear of Eddie Guerroro, he was one of the wrestlers in WWE, died a couple of years back. He had one of the strangest modded cars I have ever seen, even ones with suspension that could raise the height of car. Some of them were cool though

appears like he has put M 800 tyres, may be he was in so much love with his M 800 that he wanted some touch of it on his safari,LOL, or may be he thinks this would give him FE of M800,LOL

I think he wanted to reduce ground clearance....He thought by doing so his car will become a supercar as all ferraris and porsche have low ground clearance....i think this is an aerodynamics experiment.

Thats one UGLY combo. Here we discuss if a 50 profile would suit or 55 profile would look and ride better....

Then comes along this jack with a 12inch rim on a SUV>???

The ride has to super suck.
It must be bottoming out on every little speed breaker AND
There will be 8yr olds pointing and laughing at this creep
