^^^ 'Inter The Cooler'

The esteem above looks as if it has steering at both the ends!!

My view is that it takes vision, to conceive of a shape and great guts to invest money in modifying a plain vanilla everyday car to conform to your vision.
If it had been the product of Volkswagen or Skoda, people would've waxed ga-ga over its looks. I have seen uglier factory-finished cars from the so-called reputed marques.

Anyway, it's a nice mod-job on a rather forgettable design.
I am sorry to say,but to me,that's a pathetic mod job.The design elements are amatuerish and the basic boxy Esteem design can never pull off such rounded/curvy front and back ends. The overall silhoutte has sharp contrasts and it looks totally un-cohesive.The designer lacks basic design sense.Period.

Execution, fit and finish are expected to be top-notch since,in all probability,it is DC's handiwork.

+1 to that!

@Ram: This Esteem really looks funky. I am sure a lot of effort would have gone to get that finish. Until I read, I couldnt recognize that it was an Esteem

However, a very well executed job we should say.

I think the attempt with the esteem was to make it look like the new beetle but failed miserably. What a waste of time and money and a car too .

Isn't that Esteem from DC Designs ? Coz around 97-98 Dc had a fetish for curvaceous jobs ( like whacked out Zen's,Gypsy's and even a Trax called Devak).Anyways here is one terrible job found somewhere on web, wanna guess what that is?

Maybe he thought 'I(E)NTERCOOLER' was the short-form of enter the cooler, but he did not know the spelling of enter.
This is the problem with those people who have half-knowledge.
There is a sanskrit saying about this too.
EDIT: I wonder what the JEEP's owner's aim in life is.

Unfortunately its not NE and the owner is asking 7.5lacs for the weird contraption in a ad floated somewhere on web.

Another of those Fast & Furious inspired jobs. Paint quality seems good though.
