I think, it is to protect the trousers and shoes(not the engine) from getting dirty while going to work. Personal experience of 6 years with a Hero Honda Karizma. Realized the side effects only during the first monsoon.
My polished black shoes used to turn muddy.

Is that a Kerala Registerd car??.. The interesting thing is that one of my friends, who owns a local body shop in TCR, had to do a similar job on request from the customer. I doubt it to be the same car.

The funny thing was that the customer was very satisfied with his 'pimped up' ride.

In my opinion this mod looks like a pretty decent one. It looks fine from the front on view. The white on the top and rear doesnt look good. It would have, if he had decided to paint them red too.

The first glance can fool people into believing it to be a Pajero.

Since its found at a film shooting location, maybe the sierra is going to be used as a stunt double for a real Pajero, much better thrashing this instead of a Pajero.

saw this yesterday at Madiwala. front and rear bumpers kind of look okay, but the side skirts are big for the M800

I think he's played NFS a li'l too much. So much that he thinks he can fit anything and everything he gets in NFS on any car in real world. The cloth hanger and the spinners (or is it spinner-look-alike?) on the wheels look ugly. Bad taste on the whole, I would say.

GACK! Dreadful. Sad, sad waste of a perfectly good car, that.

Did any one notice the Roses strewn all over the car and on the ground. I shudder thinking that this car was used for any occasion like a marriage.

Or the second case would be the guy owning the car went to meet his girlfriend in this car, and looking at the car the girl slammed the flowers on the car and walked away
