Xenons on my Lancer

a set of xenon lamps shud cost u around 20-25 k excluding duties.ot requires very high voltage ,so u need to get the entire kit.
hella also has micro DE xenon fog lamps,which are similar to the projector fog lamps on the lancer

Hi Revtech,

I wouldnt suggest you put real xenons in your lancer because they just cost way to must and are not really worth it IMO.

Check out the link Aalaap has provided, there is a lot of useful info and debating in there.

hey i can get u a prper xenon kit with wiring and ballasts etc. for 18k in blore...

and since rehaan suggested tht i dont put real xenons... i think ill stick wid his advice for a while...but i really wanted bright white lights havin a bit of blue in them
so any suggestions??

ya pal u get these fake HID kits nd it has am additional blue glass cover on the bulb my dealer is giving me the glasses 4 abt 800rs do let me know if ue intrested.
Wat u have to do is add them onto your original yellow bulb for a whiteish light nd onto ur white bulbs(the bulbs tat come with the blue glasses instead of clear glasses) for a blueish tinge.

You are asking for EXACTLY the same thing as Aalaap wanted,

ps - simply put, you just want to install a headlamp relay, and some new "white" H4 bulbs.. preferably 100/90watts. Choosing good bulbs is important. Read the link i have provided.

Well Xenons are not bad for the car at all.All u have to be sure bout is fittings and fakes.Infact they aint expensive either.I have a few on my friends Lancers.Original HID kits.It costs around 16K.If u even want the BMW ones,u can get that for the same price.Blue,black,white bangled lights.

are there diff types of xenons cause i was jus drivin the other day and on marine drive i saw this mondeo with white lookin lights....they were def white but they didnt hav tht touch of blue in them...and near cuffee i saw this city with the lites im really lookin for the whitish onees havin a bit of blue but still not those really blue lites which jus look blue and dont giv much visibilty.... so whats the diff the lites on the mondeo def came with it from the showroom n the 1s on the city were def put after it was bought but still looked better...so why the diff in lite ??

The Mondeo has Xenons.

If you notice carefully, the white light (fake ones) hurt the eye when u look at them. Whereas Xenons dont hit the eye. Have looked directly into the eye of a Mondeo and a 360 and didnt have to blink even once.

ya v 12 ur absolutely rite but dude.....look closely....do u really think the lites on the mondeo LOOK good....i dont think so dude....i mean it may be better and original n stufff but they are jus white they dont hav tht thin in them which makes them look amazin at least i feel the other ones look better so i wanna know what type of lites those are
