Ramie and Akshay1234, great attempts. Ramie I loved the second option of a one sided scoop placed on the bonet more than the centre scoop. Somehow looks more mean.
As regards the side BMW kind of vents, will have t be manufactured in steel. The outline should be chromed steel or black coloured border. The inside should be a tseel coloures mesh

@alias - IMHO this looks ugly. This looks something else than a vent. Anyway no offense its my personal taste.

Wont these scoops pull in water also during rains ?
The scoops on other cars have some design/structure under the hood to keep water away..right? they are not just scoops/holes in the bonnet.

Hi guys,

Really excellent job.

@ Ramie _ Was looking for a scoop with a hood like the subaru but a lot narrower in the same location.

@Chetan- It will have a water collector and fine mesh grill to prevent dirt and excessive water from entering. Also I am doing this with another bonnet and will not damage/spoil my original hood. If I feel a lot of water is entering will test with pressure hose then I can simply replace the hood with OE for the monsoons.

Viper

EDIT : Can someone provide a functional location for the vents slit as the one in pic 666 looks more for show.
