Hi Busa,

Am sure it can be done but cannot be 100% sure as we have never installed the same in a diesel swift. I would think that you would be one of the first to do so in Mumbai for sure if you do go ahead with your plans.

Mostly yes as there is no other car being launched yet. If any is launched before the Swift comes, i will surely check it out, though it looks doubtful that Hyundai is going to get the Getz CRDI VGT soon.

For the engine- do not go farther than Pete's. More than outright power or performance, reliability, after-market support and longevity is important (since it's a diesel- repairs are far more expensive). Pete's products should provide all of the above.

Just for clarification, head jobs are done for diesels too. Porting, polishing, three-angle valve jobs (certain twin cams have adjustable shims), et al. You'll be surprised at some of the diesel mods going around.

Just not in India, though. Not yet.

hi when u upgrade the tyres ... what do u do with the factory fitted tyres that come ... will u sell it ... wil there be any takers or thewre is any other way..please reply ....

Dont worry it can be sold to the tyre dealers. I have already enquired for the stock ones and they will take 1000 for one tyre it seems

Well Veyron when can we expect all that happening in India??
