Yeah..agreed.. after that will be painting... if you are serious of this make sure that you get the colour matched properly.. generally for a patchup job they dont bother so moch to match the paint.

tell me guys, what are HID lights?? can i get them for my ride?? what about the cost and availability?? i've seen a few skoda's in my city with a bluish white headlights..are those HID??

hey designation,reagrding the mags, im still not sure whether to go with platti or HR, both look good, what is your suggestion?? and since i've decided to mount the spare wheel to the back, my mech said painting would be after that....

so how is your mech goin to do that...keep updated and post the pics ok....even i am also planning to mout the spare wheel..

hi! i would like to suggest u to put up alloys of 16" and tyres of maxis 16"by 295. pull up the back seats and put up bass tube of JBL with to woofers costing around 25000/-.

hi rubal,yes i've already decided on 16" mags but on my existing bridgestone duelers(they are new) but not yet decided on the model..will soon post some pics..regarding the bass tube, im not ready to spend 25k on ice because i already have a descent ICE setup(especially bass which can give an headache in 10 mins)..

HID means High Intensity discharge and these lights are other wise known also as xenons. They have a longish bulb with two filaments (earlier versions had only one filament) of around 35 w but with the boosted HID unit the output is increased manifold. 6500K is ideal ans above that the light starts becoming bluish.

Any good accesories shop shall stock these and they are now priced for around 12K. If you go for the OSRAM or Philips unit then maybe the hole in the pocket will be a bit bigger..

i think 295 will be a bit too wide for a scorpio.

you can go in for a free flow with a K&N, There will be a slight increase in performance but it'll be damn loud. By the way, you can also get NOS for diesel applications now.

sorry guys, couldnt reply because i went on a trip to kodaikanal...im back now...i'll see to the tyres...i think i have to put the HIDs on hold for now because of the price..

adman77....please tell me more about the FFE and NOS availability...but i dont think there is a NOS for diesels because diesel have no carburetor...please tell me about the pricing of th mods and what about the neon ideas i asked for guys???
