I think its more psychological but the car seems to be breathing better. Not much of a difference though but atleast the filter looks clean

Thanks Rishi, that pretty much covered it all i guess.

My cleaner is a spray but the oil if not in aerosol form. For people having oil in a bottle with a lont tip, you should be careful not to pour too much oil. Pour the oil horisontall on the filter from left to right. Never twice on the same fold.

Look in the light to see if you have missed any spots. Fill up loose spots, keep to drain excess oil.

you should be good to go now.

Deduce that it is an mpfi zen. Try to keep the dirty side outwards. Although after cleaning it won't really matter.

That doesn't sound right at all. Particularly if these 'fine holes' are at irregular spacing.

Guys,my k&n is washed by water when my car was in work shop for servicing.they wash th engine and k&n and well while i had told them not to wash it by water and be careful.
Now what do you think?is it gone?is there any posibility of fix it as my pick up is come too low.

If washed by high pressure things do not sound good.

Payam , If it was washed using a pressure hose then I dont think there is a chance of your filter surviving.. In other case clean it and reoil it and see if you can find some visible damage to the mesh.
