Hello Behram Sir! These are the pictures published by INDIAN AUTO MAY 1994!

Good, that you could upload these. The DC version was far more appealing (sans the celica tail lamps) than the US creation, if I am not mistaken , this was one of DC's first exploits. Anyone has a front view, it was there in the same issue I guess.

DC's car number 1, a Padmini with a 118 NE roof and esteem taillights, is rotting away steadily outside Behrams house in Pune.

Karlos you are definitely correct about it, this car would not be a Premier but more a Fiat, the rims also are Fiat, right?

The rims are post 67, most probably Padmini. But then again most pre 67 cars have them retro fitted as well.

Really good job this one with i believe with Daewoo matiz headlamps? it could have been better had he modified the grille accordingly and also the indicator lamps.

I had made an enquiry with DC DESIGNS about modifying my car 2 years ago, but got a reply that they only modify BRAND new ones! I am planning to visit DC's andheri showroom soon. FAT wheels look Superb on padmini, they will definately save you on your GYM bills!

you do get these MOMO replica steering wheels at LAMINGTOn road mumbai, range starts at 800 and goes till 1600. they look COOL, but practically are a pain to use.The larger diameter original wheel had good feel and needed little effort due to obvious reasons. I have realised this after fitting a MOMO replica to my padmini

I am seriously considering turning my Contessa Classic into a Contessa W210 in April . I got an estimate of about 40k including paint job.

It's a garage in Juhu, they did a great job after I was involved in an accident, the 40k is for labour and paint only. Parts are extra.

You know, they used to sell W123 look contessa's from the HM showroom in Kolkata!!! I am not joking. The results were pretty nice.Although people who knew the Merc could always tell, but for 95% of our population, it was a new "Massidis"
