Well the engine bay is definitely of a palio. The circled portion in the pic confirms it. I dont know about his claims but I am definitely going to see this car

you are absolutely right. The car is a palio (may be 1.2 or 1.6) but the engine (at least the whole of it) is neither a FIRE 1.2 or a 1.6 . This is what is making me more and more curious. I want to know if the guys knows what he has done to the car or he doesnt know jack sh*t about engines or he is yet another faker.

its not palio 1.2 the gauge in first picture shows that but the engine,i doubt the second pic is even a palio

to me it looks very little like a palio engine bay - not a fiat engine. The strut and the oil dip looks similar - but from the picture - also the 1.6 never came in the moon mist grey (that can also be a photographic error).

Look at the curve of the engine bay - palios straight - and where is the radiator?

Hey! i found the guy in orkut!(whew!) and heres what hehd to say. I told him that the gtx does not do 220 and the engine looks different, these were his answers!

"Well dude..evr heard of tuning nd turbochargers..a car tuned at 160 bhp nd weighs flat 1000kg...welll i suppose cn do it..nd dude better check the engine pic out 2 in my album..nd no1 cn fake the speedo pic as u see the rpm clocked at 6800..nd palio 1.6 normally maxes out at 6200 rpm...so chck the stats.."

'well dude i gt half engine made the rest is gtx..to stregnthn the piston for handling turbo charger..the turbo is below the air filter behind the engne..the boost is 7psi...ita vgt..i gt it dne frm fazal khan..he is the best tuner india gt..'

I asked him what turbo he as running,

" a vw sourced turbo.."

Gawd! i don believe a word he says... a vw VGT??? in a palio????
