Sometimes, the turbos are remote mounted. As in you wont be able to see them. I have seen a couple of cars like this.

Hmm... mclaren , pls check out the tuner when u can and update us on the details. Maye the turbo is discreetly mounted. So w cant rip him apart just now. but a VW VGT??? i doubt it!!

guys..here is what this guy replied to my question in orkut..(reply edited from sms lingo)

"well dude its a palio for sure..2nd im a commerce student so no photoshopping..3rd its a vw sourced vgt..4th if you can see the rpm boast 6700 rpm..wheras palio tops out at 6200 rpm..5th the vgt is down off of air filter..6th the turbo gives a 7psi boost..8th the engine was half remade ,pistons changed to tackle force of turbo and intercooler..9th the whole setup was dne by indias best tuner fazal khan banglore..10th he has tuned zen at 250..mine is still a palio at 160 bhp "

and hey..he also deleted my scrap from his scrapbook..i wonder why?

He's right Aditya, sometime back there was a Henessey tuned Jeep Cherokee which had remote mounted turbo's somewhere near the end of the exhaust.

Yeah! same here.. he deletd the scraps where i hit him, ie, the ones whwre i told the pic is fake, the engine looks different etc, whereas the ones where i asked him the details are there!!! lol!!

1>the turbo should suck form the carb or the turbo should blow through the carb <assuming that the fuel line is also equally pressurised to still use the basic principle of pressure difference on which the carb works !!> it soesnot looks so .
2> the dohc head of indian 1596 cc palio has a central plug .. the photo says otherwise..
the head is totelly diff it is not the 1596 cc palio's head < am working on 1.6 on daily basis as bread and butter for last 7 yrs. accepted by as tech expert by fiat spa italy>the head looks like one single overhead cam type .
the inlet and exhaust is exactly at the opposite sides as compared to 1596 engine AND STILL THE TILTED MOUNTING IS IDENTICAL .
assuming there is no engine swapping involved
either someone is fooling us.. or
he has been fooled by someone to whom he trusts.

Change gear ratio's or in this case get rid of the stock limiter. Since this man has clearly mentioned limiter at 6700 and not 6200.

I am not sure it is still possible without a limiter. 4th gear and 210kmph would require a much higher rpm than even 6700. Correct me, Samir, because I am not perfectly sure here, but my Petra 1.6 does about 140 kmph(?) at 5000rpm on the 4th gear.
