Hi kpzen, came back today morning.
My zen had the same problem last year.
Will suggest you to take the car to a reliable denting / welding shop. Get the new clips where the springs are attached.Get welding redone.Change springs for more firm feel. Foam replacement is not reqd. Max.exp.Rs.500/-
Get seat covers replaced if u want a new look too.

hi! Kpzen, I got my seat done from kashmiri gate. You can go to local seat cover guy and ask him to open the seat. Check for broken welding and ask him to change the springs. Or contact some car accessories guy who knows you well. He will be able to help you.

I got my seatcovers from the same market and he was putting them on. So took around Rs. 150 for putting in foam as the springs were fine. I got the seat welded for from the same market for about 20-30 bucks. This was 2-3yrs ago.
